Refund Policy

At Roar Adventure Tourism, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our aim is to offer flexibility while maintaining a clear and fair refund process for all guests. Please review the following policy carefully before booking a tour with us.


1. General Terms

By booking any tour on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the type of tour booked and the timing of cancellation.


2. Desert Safari Dubai Tours – 24-Hour Flexible Refund

For all Desert Safari Dubai packages (Morning, Evening, Overnight, Quad Bike, Dune Buggy, etc.):

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour start time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or in case of no-shows.

We allocate resources specifically for each booking (vehicles, guides, entertainment, etc.). This policy ensures smooth operations and fairness for all our guests.


3. Other Tours – Tiered Refund System

For tours like Abu Dhabi City Tour, Dubai City Tour, Dhow Cruise Marina, Hot Air Balloon Ride, and other excursions:

  • 100% Refund: If cancelled 72 hours or more in advance
  • 50% Refund: If cancelled 48 to 72 hours in advance
  • No Refund: If cancelled within 48 hours or in case of no-shows

4. Tour Cancellations or Changes by Roar Adventure Tourism

In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a tour due to unavoidable reasons such as:

  • Bad weather
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Low participation
  • Technical or operational issues

If we cancel a tour:

  • ✅ You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any extra charge.

Note:

  • Routes or itinerary may change without prior notice
  • No refund is provided for partially used services or missed activities

5. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment modes for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay
  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Cash at Pickup
  • Card Machine at location

Note: A 5% VAT and card processing fee applies to all electronic transactions.


6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at your confirmed pickup location without advance notice:

  • ❌ No refund will be issued
  • 🚫 The tour will be considered completed

We strongly advise being ready on time to avoid any issues.


7. Travel Insurance (Recommended)

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover last-minute cancellations, medical emergencies, lost items, or travel delays. Roar Adventure Tourism is not liable for personal losses or damages incurred during your trip.
