Welcome to Roar Adventure Tourism. By accessing our website or booking any tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or participation in our services.

1. Company Overview

Roar Adventure Tourism is a licensed and registered tour operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We specialize in Desert Safari Dubai tours, city tours, cultural experiences, and adventure excursions across the UAE.

2. Eligibility to Book

• You must be 18 years or older to make a booking on our platform.
• Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• If you opt for Reserve Now, Pay Later, please ensure full payment is made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
• Accepted payment methods include:
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay
  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Cash (if agreed in advance)
  • Card Machine
• All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise mentioned.
• A 5% VAT and payment processing fee may apply on all electronic transactions.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Desert Safari Dubai tours:

• ✅ 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
• ❌ No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or in case of no-shows.

For all other tours (e.g. Abu Dhabi City Tour, Dhow Cruise, Hot Air Balloon, etc.):

• ✅ 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours in advance
• ✅ 50% refund if cancelled between 48 to 72 hours
• ❌ No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or in case of no-show

5. Health, Fitness & Safety

• Activities like dune bashing, quad biking, and camel rides require a moderate level of physical fitness.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate.
• Pregnant women, individuals with back issues, or serious health conditions should notify us in advance.
• Participation is at your own risk; consult your physician if you have concerns.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, trip delays, and loss of belongings. Roar Adventure Tourism is not liable for such personal losses.

7. Tour Changes & Force Majeure

Roar Adventure Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Emergencies or low participation

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or a full refund, based on the situation.

8. Vehicles & Equipment

• Our vehicles (4×4 SUVs) are fully licensed, insured, and regularly maintained.
• Tours may include camels, quad bikes, or dune buggies depending on the package.
• For quad biking, a waiver form must be signed. This activity is not covered by insurance and is done at your own risk.

9. Accommodation

Depending on your chosen tour, accommodation may include desert camps or resort lodges.
Please notify us of any special needs in advance; we will try our best to accommodate them.

10. Meals & Dietary Requirements

• Meals are provided in most packages.
• If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us during booking.
• While we try to meet all requests, we cannot guarantee availability of all meal types.

11. Participant Responsibilities

• Be punctual and arrive at the designated pickup point on time.
• Delays or missed pickups may lead to skipped activities without a refund.
• Follow all safety instructions given by our guides and drivers.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for desert and adventure activities.
• Seat rotation may be applied in shared vehicles for fairness.

12. Limitation of Liability

Roar Adventure Tourism is not responsible for:

• Injuries, accidents, or damages during participation
• Delays or cancellations caused by third parties or force majeure
• Negligence or errors from external service providers
• Loss of personal belongings during the trip

13. Accessibility

If you have special accessibility requirements (e.g., wheelchair access), kindly contact us before booking.
We will do our best to accommodate, subject to tour type and availability of resources.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
